I created the Master Implant Dentist program to help other implant dentists build the ideal dental implant practice and realizing the income and lifestyle freedom that comes with it. This is about taking action and getting results based on your goals and values.
My model – The Specialized General Dentist – mainly implant surgery, restoration, sedation and full mouth rehab patients. Approximately 70% of my practice income comes from implant dentistry. Advanced dental care for patients that have high needs (train wrecks) such as dental phobia or high expectations AND are willing to pay appropriately high fees. I do not follow the high volume formula
Lower volume and higher value is the emphasis of my approach. However, this can take time and should not be a drastic change.
I do not believe in the cult-like approach that says I am the guru of dental implants
No cookie – cutter approach to every practice. we all face similar problems and that we all have patients with similar concerns and demands but the individual circumstances, goals and attitudes of each individual dentist is a far greater priority in my opinion.
No high pressure tactics or demeaning descriptions of what will happen if…
I believe our profession sees far too many unprofessional and degrading marketing tactics that attempt to get dentists to subscribe to a certain method of obtaining new patients or building their practice.
